The Brief

The Observatory occupies a prominent location just off Cross Street, right in the heart of Manchester’s prime office core.

The landlord was looking to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the entrance & foyer area to improve the look of the ground floor from the pavement and passing public.

A number of visuals were produced and put forward as options to create a very modern and clean interior to replace the old and tired decor.
