MEPC General Partners LtdLakeside, Chadwick House    The BriefMEPC Birchwood Park’s Chadwick House had previously had extensive refurbishment work to it’s main reception and included a large amount of public seating. The decision was taken by MEPC to incorporate a cafe / shop within the reception area to the occupiers to use providing everything from sandwiches to hot coffee and panini’s. The brief was to turn a little used marketing suite adjacent the main reception into the shop. The area was totally stripped out and the works included the addition of new bespoke counters, solid granite worktops, lighting, signage, air conditioning, alterations to building front elevation to allow customers to move outside to the seating areas, decoration and M&E systems. |
