Liverpool Direct / Liverpool City Council

One Stop Shop – Belle Vale

The Brief

The brief was to create a joint space for the Liverpool Direct & Liverpool City Council teams to use as part of the new One Stop Shop.

The newly acquired run down single storey building was completely stripped out of all existing internal partitioning to make way for the open public space with offices and meeting rooms at the rear.

Bespoke oak desks were designed to compliment the major desking and refurbishment at Liverpool Councils headquarter building on Dale street.

The scheme also included new glazing throughout, flooring, M&E systems, car parking, architectural fencing and decoration throughout.

The value of the works was £350,000 and was tendered under a JCT Minor works.
